Construction Cleanup and Flood or Fire Damage:
Arris Services can make available “around-the-clock” crews that can be made available in case the unexpected should happen.  In a disaster situation, clean up and debris removal must be done immediately to keep destruction to a minimum. We’ll be there if you need us. Construction clean-up requires similar equipment and training due to the many types of materials that can be left behind. Also, because your own contracts are generally time sensitive, clean up needs to be as fast and efficient as possible. Our diversity and flexibility allows us to efficiently handle any large clean up necessary. General Interior Maintenance Services
General Cleaning
This includes your average daily cleaning projects. Our employees will perform general dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and trash disposal. We will also clean the rest rooms, including disinfection and stocking supplies, spot cleaning glass doors and partitions, and polishing any metal or brass fixtures. We edge and upholstery vacuum, polish furniture, and even wash when needed.
